The awarding of permanent appointment letters to 640 people for the post of Health Assistant (Field Mosquito Control Assistant) in the Ministry of Health and Mass Media was carried out yesterday (03) at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institutions Auditorium under the patronage of the Minister of Health and Mass Media, Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa.

There are more people who are seeking permanent appointments as Health Assistants (Field Mosquito Control Assistants), and since nearly 6,000 people engaged in various services who have not received such permanent appointments are currently serving in government institutions, addressing the ceremony, the Minister of Health and Mass Media said that a common decision needs to be taken regarding all of them.
