Health and Mass Media Minister Nalinda Jayatissa said that various problems and accusations are being made to the hospitals as well as the ministry due to the provision of physical resources that do not match the capacity and needs of the government hospitals without planning.
The minister further mentioned that buildings and medical equipment are given to government hospitals unnecessarily without proper planning, and then the ministry is often accused of not providing the staff to use them.
